3. Pricing and Payment

Tour prices are displayed on the website and may vary by tour. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at time of purchase is the price you pay.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to all stops in the purchased tour. Access is delivered digitally via the web application and does not expire.

4. Personal Use Only

Purchased tours are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share access to paid tour content
• Download, record, or extract audio files
• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service -- including audio narration, tour scripts, 3D map visualizations, images, and AI-generated responses -- is owned by [FIE_NAME] or licensed to us. All rights reserved.

The Tallinn Heritage Tours name, logo, and visual design are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our trademarks.

6. Walking Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Our audio tours involve walking in an urban environment. You are responsible for your own safety at all times.

While using our walking tours, please:

• Pay attention to traffic, uneven cobblestones, and other pedestrians
• Keep earphone volume at a level that allows awareness of surroundings
• Pause audio when crossing streets or navigating stairs
• Be aware that Tallinn Old Town has steep hills and narrow passages
• Do not use tours after dark in poorly lit areas

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for injuries, accidents, theft, or incidents that occur while using our tours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian and EU law:

• We are not liable for GPS inaccuracies, map rendering issues, or audio playback problems

8. Force Majeure

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, Estonia.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law, including your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
